Pathways to the Judiciary- Conversation & Reception

The panel discussion will feature LGBTQI+ judicial officers who will offer insight into their background and unique journeys to the bench.  The panel will also feature Governor Gavin Newsom's Deputy Appointments Secretary, and the former Chair of the Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation (JNE), who will discuss the application and vetting process for judicial candidates in California.  This is a great panel for LGBTQI+ attorneys and allies who are considering a career in the judiciary, and aims to inspire and guide the next generation of judicial leaders in the Bay Area and beyond.
