Ashley Pellouchoud joined Siegel LeWitter Malkani in 2017, where she represents employees in individual and class actions involving discrimination, retaliation, and various wage and hour violations. She also represents victims of civil rights violations, and in particular, victims of sexual harassment and sexual assault.
Affiliations
Ms. Pellouchoud was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012, and is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF). In 2016, she served as ABA National LGBT Bar Association Delegate to the Young Lawyers Division Assembly.
Education and Background
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pellouchoud was an Associate at The Liu Law Firm, P.C., and a Staff Attorney for Outten & Golden LLP, where she successfully worked on a variety of employment class and collective action cases. Before working at Outten & Golden LLP, she represented low-income persons in complex civil rights cases as a Graduate Fellow at the Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, where she won a partial administrative appeal against the Environmental Protection Agency.
Ms. Pellouchoud is an active alumna of Golden Gate University School of Law and continues to serve as a member of their Moot Court Board. She frequently volunteers as a judge for national and local moot court competitions and mentors law students about public interest careers.
