She founded Futterman Dupree Dodd Croley Maier LLP in 1998 after working as an associate at Morrison & Foerster and Marron Reid. She was a law clerk for the Honorable Stanley S. Brotman, United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey and Acting Chief Judge for the District Court of the Virgin Islands from 1990-1991. Jamie graduated from NYU School of Law, cum laude, in 1990, where she was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1987, and spent two quarters at the Stanford-in-Florence campus in 1986.
Jamie is active in the legal community. She is serving her third term on the BALIF board, and has been BALIF’s Co-Chair (two years) and its Gala Co-Chair (two years). In addition, Jamie serves as a mediator and ENE evaluator for the United States District Court for Northern District of California. She has previously served on the ACLU’s Lawyer Council, BASF’s Judiciary Committee and as a mentor at Balboa High School in the San Francisco Barrister’s Club Law Academy Mentor Project. She resides in Piedmont, California with her wife Patty Frontiera, and two sons, Jonah and Zachary.
