Mandy Chan is an associate at DLA Piper where she represents multinational corporations in all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including criminal grand jury investigations, civil investigations, private litigation, merger and acquisition clearance, and compliance counseling.  She also has an active white collar practice and has successfully represented clients in front of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities Exchange Commission, and various state enforcement authorities on matters related to alleged bribery under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), accounting and securities fraud, and other civil and criminal matters.  Mandy is a graduate of Northwestern Pritzker University School of Law and earned her BA in History from San Francisco State University.

Mandy has been on the BALIF Bar Association board since 2019.  She also serves as a board member for the Pride Law Fund and as a Vice Chair of the Asian American Bar Association’s LGBT Committee.  Within her firm, Mandy is the Vice Chair of the US Chapter of Iris, DLA Piper’s LGBTQ Resource Group, Vice Chair of the San Francisco Chapter of the Leadership Alliance for Women (LAW), DLA Piper’s Women’s Resource Group, and Vice Chair of the San Francisco Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Mandy is a native San Franciscan, where she still lives with her wife and 17-year old cat.  In her free time, Mandy likes to tend to her indoor plants while dreaming of someday having a large outdoor garden.
