DESCRIPTION: The laws affecting estate taxes have changed considerably over the last several years. There is currently NO estate tax for estates of people who pass away in the year 2010. However, most experts believe that an estate tax could be imposed by Congress later in the year and if so, could be retroactive as far back as January 1, 2010. This presentation will cover estate taxes and other questions and answers about wills, trusts, probate and estate planning for individuals, couples, and families of all orientations.
