Ashley Pellouchoud is an Associate at The Liu Law Firm, P.C., a small, well-respected litigation firm where Ashley’s practice focuses on representing employees in individual and complex class cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Ashley also represents victims of civil rights violations and abuse, including survivors of campus sexual assault in Title IX cases. Prior to joining the Liu Law Firm, P.C., Ashley litigated cases at both Outten & Golden LLP and the Environmental Law & Justice Clinic.
Ashley graduated with honors from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2012, with certified specializations in environmental law and public interest law. During law school, Ashley pursued her deep commitment to civil rights and social justice with internships at the Homeless Advocacy Project, the Transgender Law Center, the First District Appellate Project, and the Environmental Law & Justice Clinic. In law school, Ashley served as an Associate Editor for the school’s Environmental Law Journal and was a member of their Moot Court Board.
Ashley is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF), and is an active alumna of Golden Gate University School of Law, where she continues to serve on the Moot Court Board. She frequently volunteers as a judge for national and local moot court competitions and mentors law students about public interest careers.
In her free time, she can be found exploring Northern California, canning vegetables, or playing pick-up basketball.
