Liz Noteware is a staff attorney in the Motions Unit at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. If you want to talk federal appellate procedure, she’s your gal! She has also worked for the Social Security Administration, the National Housing Law Project and clerked in the federal district court in Boston . Liz has been on the BALIF board for 5 years, and loves the community that BALIF fosters for LGBT lawyers within the larger legal community. She is also the proud co-mama of baby Ari, born in May 2009.
